I’d say my experience with resurgent was good overall, mostly because the communication was clear. The emails explained what was going on and what I needed to do next, and I don’t think I ever felt too confused by it. I also appreciated that the info matched when I logged in, so I wasn’t left guessing or wondering if I missed something. Overall, it felt simple enough and easy to follow.

"Phone system was surprisingly easy to use"
I called Resurgent and, i wasn’t really sure what to expect, but the automated phone system was easier to use than I thought it would be.
It got me to my account info without making me wait on hold forever, and the menu options seemed clear. I don’t think I had to repeat myself or start all over, which was a relief.
I’m usually not a big fan of automated calls, but this one was simple enough and worked fine for what I needed

Everything finally showed up correctly on my credit report this time, which is a relief. Still, after dealing with the earlier mistakes, I do feel like an apology would be appropriate.

I used resurgent.com to set up a payment plan, and it was just kind of okay. The website itself worked fine and wasn’t hard to use, but the options felt limited once I got into the actual payment setup.

I was really hoping I could adjust the dates or bring the payment amount down a little, especially because the due date landed at the worst possible time for me. It felt like the timing couldn’t have been more inconvenient, and there wasn’t much flexibility to work around it.
Customer service was polite, so I’ll give them that, but they still couldn’t really do much to help. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either.

I used resurgent.com and, i was kind of surprised that getting to a real person wasn’t a whole ordeal. It still took a few clicks and a little waiting, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but compared to some other sites, it was painless.

The agent answered my questions clearly enough and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because the chat option could definitely be easier to spot at first, but overall it worked better than I expected.

"Supervisor helped get things moving"
I had an issue with my account that wasn’t really getting anywhere at first, so I asked if it could be sent up to a supervisor. that ended up making a big difference, because once they stepped in, things finally started moving...
The first rep I talked to was nice and tried to help, but it seemed like they just didn’t have the access needed to fix it. The supervisor checked into it, found what was missing, and explained it in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated because... yeah.

It did take a little patience, but everyone was respectful and the supervisor got it handled in the end. I’d definitely give them 5 stars for how they dealt with it

I like how easy it is to check my balance. It’s right there without having to tap through a bunch of screens, which I really appreciate. Even the small stuff, like the numbers being clear and easy to read, makes a difference for me.

"Creditor switch went fine, but did anyone else find the notices confusing?"
My account got transferred over from the old creditor and it did show up correctly, so that part was fine. The only thing is the notices were a little confusing and I wasn’t totally sure if I needed to do anything. Curious if others had the same experience or if it was just me

I had to call resurgent.com about my account and I thought it was going to be a headache. The rep I spoke with was polite, stayed calm, and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I also appreciated that they didn’t talk over me or make me feel rushed while I asked questions. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the hold time was long, which felt unnecessary. Other than that, the service was professional and decent.

I had to go through another company to get everything handled, which I wasn’t expecting at first. But once I figured out the steps and saw the pattern of how the process was moving, it was straightforward. Resurgent kept things simple enough, even though it took a little time. Overall, it turned out okay.

I was stressed going into this, like already expecting it to be a whole hassle. But the site was actually simple to use, and I got answers quicker than I thought I would. I don’t know, I just felt a lot better after getting through it. Like that heavy feeling finally eased up a bit.

"Got My Issue Handled Faster Than I Expected"
I had something I needed cleared up with Resurgent, i was expecting it to drag on and become a hassle for me. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and handled everything sooner than I thought they would. The person I spoke with explained things clearly and didn’t make me feel like I had to decode anything. I also really appreciated that I didn’t have to keep following up or chasing them for updates. For me, it ended up being a smooth experience

"Tax form help was frustrating"
I reached out because I needed help with a tax form, but the whole experience was disappointing. Replies took days to come back, and even when they did, the answers still felt vague and didn’t really clear things up for me. I was already stressed about getting the form right, and this just made it feel even more overwhelming. i left feeling more frustrated than helped

The rep I spoke with was calm, helpful, and explained what was going on, which made a big difference. It didn’t start off perfect, but they fixed it, and I really appreciate that.

"Easy portal, no hassle"
I was surprised how easy the online portal was to use. I could find my account info right away without clicking around forever, and making a payment was painless too. If anything, I blame other companies for making their websites so much more complicated than this one. No issues on my end at all.

"I’ve been getting their letters in the mail..."
I’ve been getting their letters in the mail and, overall, it’s been dependable. Every now and then something takes a couple extra days, but my gut feeling is that it’s not a big deal because most of it shows up without any trouble. The letters are clear enough to read, so I don’t really have any major complaints.
